    Job Description

    • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to showcase security solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing unique features and benefits.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals that address specific security challenges faced by clients.
    • Provide expert technical support during the pre-sales process, addressing client queries and concerns about security technologies.
    • Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to effectively position the company's solutions in the market.
    • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective implementation and utilization of security solutions.
    • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote security offerings and generate leads.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
    • Work closely with product management to relay customer feedback and influence future product development.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in technical sales engineering or a similar role within the cybersecurity industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess security risks and articulate solutions effectively.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities to meet client needs swiftly and effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, and industry events as required.
