    Job Description

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives.
    • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored for different platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to integrate social media initiatives into broader campaigns.
    • Research and stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging social media tools to keep the brand competitive.
    • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion rates.
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content creation and publication.
    • Conduct social media audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Train and mentor junior team members or interns, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of creativity.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
    • Certifications in social media marketing or analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
    • Experience in managing social media for brands within the technology or e-commerce sectors is a plus.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
