    Job Description

    • Identify and target potential customers in the roofing and wall insulated panel industry.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product selection and application recommendations.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor offerings.
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts.
    • Track and report on sales performance and progress towards targets.
    • Provide feedback and input to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Any Undergrad Engineering Degree or Diploma - Civil or mechanical preferable.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the roofing and wall insulated panel industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of roofing and wall insulated panel products and applications.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
