    Job Description

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide tailored solutions using fire rated steel doors.
    • Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the technical advantages of our fire rated steel doors.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals based on client specifications and project requirements.
    • Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet compliance and safety standards.
    • Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and converting them into long-term partnerships.
    • Provide post-sales support to clients, ensuring smooth installation and addressing any technical issues that arise.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to fire rated steel doors.
    • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end-users to drive sales growth.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred to ensure technical competence.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, specifically within the fire safety or construction industries.
    • Relevant certifications in fire safety or product specifications will give candidates a competitive edge.
    • Experience with fire rated steel doors or similar products is highly desirable for immediate impact.
    • Nationality preference may align with local market requirements to enhance customer relations.
    • Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus for diverse client interactions.
    • Technical skills in CAD and product design software will aid in creating custom solutions for clients.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective product solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, demonstrating the ability to work independently and in teams.
