    Job Description

    • Coordinating and managing the purchase process for the organization's needs , ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
    • Researching and identifying potential suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and establishing strong relationships with vendors.
    • Collaborating with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Reviewing and analyzing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
    • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels, and generating reports for management review.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies to optimize purchasing processes and reduce costs.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
    • Experience in vendor management, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and contract negotiation.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
