Job Description

Spearhead ELV security project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, tailored to the intricacies of ELV security systems.
Oversee the procurement of ELV security equipment and materials, negotiating with vendors to secure optimal pricing and delivery schedules, while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, proactively identifying and resolving any technical challenges or deviations from the project plan within ELV security installations.
Manage project budgets meticulously, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising the integrity of ELV security solutions.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams (engineering, installation, commissioning) and external partners (subcontractors, consultants) to ensure seamless project execution for ELV security projects.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies for ELV security projects.
Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards throughout the ELV security project lifecycle, minimizing potential liabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management within the ELV security systems industry, showcasing practical knowledge.
Exhibits proven experience with security system technologies such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, IEC, local codes) for ELV security installations.
Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera And other relevant tools for planning and tracking projects.
Exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in additional languages being a plus. A team player with leadership skills and high degree of integrity.
