    Job Description

    • Lead the technical design and implementation of ELV security solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
    • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and proposal development to final commissioning and handover to clients.
    • Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related technologies.
    • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Conduct site surveys, assess client needs, and develop detailed technical specifications for security system implementations.
    • Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to security system performance.
    • Stay current with the latest security technologies, trends, and regulations, providing recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
    • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within allocated financial constraints.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Demonstrates a minimum of 4 years of experience in the ELV/Security Systems industry, with a focus on project engineering and implementation.
    • Exhibits strong proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting various security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
    • Experience with projects in the Middle East or similar international environments is highly preferred.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Should be Fluent in English (written and spoken) and knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
    • Must have a valid driving license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
