    Job Description

    • Ensure routine patrol inspection of manufacturing and assembly processes; verify non-conformances or problems in jobs in progress.
    • Ensure product compliance with drawings and specifications.
    • Ensure that employees follow safety requirements properly.
    • Highlight improvements and suggestions related to quality and productivity.
    • Implement and maintain safety regulations as per organizational requirements.
    • Possess knowledge of standards for tools and components used in inspection.
    • Implement various production processes such as Kaizen, 5S, etc.
    • Oversee inspection and testing requirements for programming and software updates.
    • Support the QC team in inspection and testing, and highlight and close observations.
    • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior-level position.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
    • Exhibit proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers), showcasing technical skill and hands-on experience.
    • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration.
    • Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
    • Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industries, exhibiting familiarity with industry standards.
    • Possess a strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
