    Job Description

    • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Develop and implement performance management frameworks that drive accountability and continuous improvement across departments.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate staff on performance indicators and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear performance benchmarks and reporting mechanisms.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Conduct regular audits of performance data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
    • Serve as a liaison between departments to cultivate a performance-oriented culture and promote knowledge sharing.
    • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance management to ensure the organization remains competitive.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, analytics, or a related area within a corporate environment.
    • Professional certifications such as Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) or Six Sigma are advantageous.
    • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to enhance communication with diverse teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present findings and influence stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong team-building capabilities.
