We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to design and integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for modular buildings. You will ensure efficient, functional, and compliant MEP systems, collaborating with architects and engineers to deliver high-quality modular solutions.
- Design & Development:
Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems for modular buildings, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and functional requirements. - System Integration & Coordination:
Coordinate MEP systems within modular units, collaborating with BIM teams and ensuring smooth integration with other building systems. - Project Support & Communication:
Provide technical guidance, support project teams, and ensure MEP systems are installed and commissioned on schedule and within budget. - Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure systems meet building codes, sustainability standards (e.g., LEED), and perform quality checks on-site. - Troubleshooting & Sustainability:
Resolve technical issues, optimize energy efficiency, and suggest improvements for sustainable MEP solutions. - Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare technical drawings and reports, track system progress, and report any delays or issues.
