We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help attract top talent to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and facilitate feedback collection
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports
- Stay up to date on labor legislation and market trends in recruitment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at an agency (1–3+ years)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for people and talent acquisition
