    Job Description

    • Lead and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of fire fighting and fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
    • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of fire safety projects.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, inspections, and maintenance activities for regulatory compliance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment efficiently.
    • Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols while working on-site and during emergency responses.
    • Stay updated on the latest regulations and advancements in fire safety technology to inform practices and training.
    • Develop and implement training programs for team members on the latest fire safety protocols and equipment usage.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of fire safety equipment, identifying and addressing any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fire protection engineering or related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fire fighting and fire alarm systems installation and maintenance.
    • Relevant certifications such as NICET Fire Alarm Systems, Firefighter I & II, and OSHA safety certifications are mandatory.
    • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team in a high-pressure environment.
    • Strong understanding of local, state, and national fire codes and regulations.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail in safety compliance.
    • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to fire fighting systems.
