• Demonstrated proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or specialized security estimation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions on project costs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors, enhancing project profitability.
