    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of real estate contracts, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company objectives. You will play a critical role in supporting real estate transactions, lease agreements, construction contracts, and vendor agreements.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze real estate contracts, lease agreements, purchase agreements, construction contracts, and service/vendor agreements.
    • Draft new contracts, amendments, and addendums in accordance with legal standards and business needs.
    • Negotiate contract terms with internal stakeholders, external parties, vendors, and legal counsel to ensure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with legal, finance, real estate, and project teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and goals.
    • Track contract lifecycles and ensure key dates, obligations, and deliverables are met.
    • Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents using contract management systems.
    • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
    • Identify and escalate legal and commercial risks appropriately.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Law, or related field; legal education preferred.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on real estate transactions.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate legal concepts, leasing, and development agreements.
    • Experience in contract negotiation and drafting with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and contract management software.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Paralegal certification or JD (not required but advantageous).
    • Experience working with real estate developers, property managers, or construction firms.
    • Familiarity with local zoning, permitting, and property laws.
