    Job Description

    • Conduct comprehensive audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
    • Analyze employee records and data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Collaborate with department heads to assess and enhance HR practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for enhancing HR functions and mitigating risks.
    • Facilitate training sessions for HR staff on compliance, best practices, and audit processes to promote a culture of accountability.
    • Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR policies are updated accordingly and communicated effectively.
    • Utilize HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making and present findings to senior management.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management or auditing, preferably within a corporate setting.
    • Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) are highly desirable.
    • Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools to effectively manage and evaluate HR metrics.
    • Integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in HR practices.
