    Job Description

    NAFFCO is currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive for Security Solutions Division. Reporting to the General Manger –Security Solutions, the successful candidate will be responsible in generating new business, account management of high profile accounts and generation of revenues.

    The role requires a familiarity with the GCC market, and a passion for creating long term growth for the company.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    Role Responsibility

    Ø Generate new sales from a portfolio of accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

    Ø Identify new potential customers within the allocated geographical area and implement business development activities

    Ø Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction with the company and products

    Ø Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services

    Ø Maintain awareness of the market (clients, competitors, suppliers) and use any relevant information to increase conversion rate

    Ø Maintain all required records of sales activities and use of company CRM appropriately

    Ø Maintain awareness of development in sales process and product development

    Ø Be the ultimate responsible for all proposals and tender submittals.

    Ø Liaise with operations team and act as liaison between customer & operations on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completion/maintenance.

    Ø Routinely meet customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately

    Ø Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time.

    Ø Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels

    Ø Good relationship with Government departments in Abu Dhabi

    Ø Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance

    The Ideal Candidate

    Ø An Engineering degree holder in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent

    Ø Minimum of 5 years’ regional experience is a Business Development position specializing large scale Security Systems projects.

    Ø Technical knowledge about Security, ICT & AV Systems.

    Ø Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management

    Ø Advanced IT skills

    Ø Strong commercial acumen & excellent negotiation abilities

    Ø Strong verbal and written English communication skills

    Ø Knowledge in Arabic is an added advantage

    Ø Must possess a valid UAE driving license
