    Job Description

    • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning and design.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BMS with building infrastructure.
    • Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BMS projects.
    • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS equipment and systems.
    • Conduct system performance tests and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies.
    • Provide training and support to clients on BMS operation and maintenance.
    • Monitor and evaluate BMS performance, recommending improvements or upgrades as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BMS technology.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in BMS project execution.
    • Knowledgable in development in database for Sauter/Schneider brand commissioning tool.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS project management.
    • Professional certification in BMS or related field is preferred.
    • Experience in the construction or facilities management industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
